Comments: | It shows Comet Wirtanen gliding by the background stars over the course of 95 minutes...but sped up to compress that time to about 10 seconds.The first image in the loop started at 8:38 p.m. EST on 12/11.
My 12-1/2" F/4 Newtonian was the guide scope where a Lodestar X2 guide camera locked on to the comet....The video isn't full frame...I cropped in a little tighter on 46P. Video was done in Adobe Photoshop CC. |
