| Comments: | Well, if you haven't SLOOHed yet, you really need to! Again, it has been way too many months since I last logged on. They've made several changes/improvements. I logged on after my RoboScope session because I had heard that they had added Tempel 1 to their mission list (ie, it was now one of the targets that they would look at during the night). Not knowing exactly when they would observe T1, I logged into the group mission and sat back and watched images of various nebula (Cat's Paw, Eagle, Ink Spot,...) and clusters (Ptolemy's, ) appear on the monitor. Several times, I missed "grabbing" the image before the next mission started because I was hanging out in the chatroom. I did piggyback observe one of the solo missions that happened to be looking at T1. And luckily around midnight (local for me!), T1 was also the group mission target. I did grab a shot from there and will try to get it posted here in the Gallery soon. |
