Comments: | Much easier to pick out against sky gackground than pre-impact. Est. visual mag. increas by 2-2.2 magnitudes, now est. with defocused star at mag. 9.9. Very definite with direct vision, coma appears oval, 4X6 arc minutes in extent, longer axis almost due N-S. SLightly brighter in north and east sections of coma. |
