[More diffuse than before with a large surrounding outer coma.] Comet at low altitude, but improving! No Sketches yet! I am just doing mag. estimates with binoculars...comet still low at 1 am and featureless in small apertures. Will get more serious as far as you are concerned after mid-month and towards EPOXI encounter. |
