| Comments: | Because the comet is now moving in the sky at about 5.4 arcsec/ minute, I've had to reduce exposure time and bin pixels for sensitivity to capture the comet without trailing in a single exposure. This is a 100 sec LRGB binned 2x2. The inset is a stack of ten (50 sec) subframes binned 1x1 and aligned on the comet nucleus. Having better resolution and exposure it shows a tail beginning to form. |
