m1=11.6 Dia. 2.5' DC=3... 20cm L 72x... Comet more apparent visually tonight, but recorded as fainter, and with a smaller coma, and lower degree of condensation. More "compact" than last night. Comparison stars at same altitude as comet, so atmospheric extinction correction not applied. Sidgewick Method used. |
