| Comments: | Attached are three pictures I took with the SLOOH telescope in the Canary Islands over the Internet. The pictures clearly show the speed of the comet relative to the background stars during a forty-four minute period on the morning of October 6th. The times and date are included on the pictures. These are CCD images --- if you can get past the fact that these were taken the lazy man's way (over the internet) you can see the speed with which Comet ISON is moving towards us. I am excited to have been able to take these and pass them on. |
